Introduction and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ml platform and all services operated under it. By registering an account on ml or using the service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement. ml reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Membership and Registration Terms

2.1 Age Limit

All services on ml are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. You must provide accurate age information at the time of registration. ml may request documents for identity verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, ml reserves the right to suspend or close both accounts, and related bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Your name, mobile number, and other details must be accurate and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms. If your details change, notify the ml support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials private. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify ml immediately. ml is not liable for any loss caused by negligence in handling your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit on ml is ৳100. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits. After a successful deposit, it may take some time for the balance to reflect in your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals.

3.3 Verification Process

Before processing a withdrawal, ml may verify your identity and payment method. If the required documents are not submitted on time, your withdrawal request may be delayed.

3.4 Erroneous Transactions

If any amount is credited to your account by mistake due to a technical error, ml reserves the right to reclaim it. If you have spent that amount, you will be required to repay it.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The ml welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — for example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,200 bonus requires total wagering of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not met within a specified period, the bonus may be cancelled. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated in the offer description.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

ml strictly prohibits attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system. If ml determines that a member is abusing bonuses, ml reserves the right to suspend that account and cancel the bonus.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on ml are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ml decides to do so for a specific reason.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to server outages, network problems, or issues with a third-party game provider, ml will investigate and take appropriate action. ml's liability for losses caused by technical issues is limited.

5.3 Odds and Results

For sports betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. In case of any dispute over results, ml's decision is final.
